Delivery Charges
Normal Mail Delivery:
Postage will depend on the weight of the parcel. Normal mailing will be used unless requested by customer for Registered Mail**. Normal Mail postage for parcel will range from S$0.80 - S$2.00 per piece, which is already inclusive in the price. No additional charges needed.
Normal Mail is whereby the pacel is not registered with Singpost and there is no tracking number available to check on the parcel status.
Registered Mail Delivery:
For Registered Mail, customer will have to pay for an additional S$3.50 per piece.
Registered Mail is whereby a tracking number is available and parcel status can be check through internet.
Self Collection:
The only venue for Self collection is at Choa Chu Kang / Lakeside / Boon Lay. No extra charges. Subjected to a longer waiting time and appointment must be made. Please make a full payment before arranging a meeting for self-collection. Please take note that an Additional Charges of SGD $15 will be incurred for self collection of venue beyond the areas as stated above.
